Honorable Senator Olympia Snowe at Eagleton Institute of Politics, Rutgers University

Had the honor and privilege to photograph for Eagleton Institute of Politics at Rutgers University,  two days with former Senator Olympia Snowe on tour promoting her book "Fighting For Common Ground' about our broken government and the use of bipartisanship to fix it..Started for me with a dinner including 3 former governors. Jim Florio, Christine Whitman and Thomas H. Kean. Then to a lecture at the student center by the honorable Senator Snowe followed by a book signing. On Friday it was a wonderful informal Lunch with Grad.. students in a discussion about our state of government and key Issues being held up by both parties.

Was truly a great experience for me and all students who were able to attend and listen to Senator Snowe's intelligence, wisdom and knowledge  why our government  must govern for the people not for each other.

She inspired many students at Eagleton  who are planning  careers in law and public service,  also many of the faculty who attended. I truly believe she's better outside than in as far as spreading the word "Bipartisin' to get our government  back on the right path serving for the people.

Have a wonderful safe Thanksgiving and reflect on the people who have less.

Thank you and and be well.

Wonderful September

Driveway on Mt. Grove Rd, Califon

Its that coolness that takes over your body and warms the soul. Ah September. definitely one of my favorite months of the year with  autumn  here and the full Harvest moon over us. Leaves just starting to change from summer greens to autumn yellows and reds.

'Witch Reaping In The Havest Moon

This is a 2 second exposure of the Harvest Moon. The Clouds were moving pretty quick across the sky as well. Amazing what you can get out of it. I call this 'Witch Reaping In The Harvest Moon'.

Pond in Hunterdon County, NJ

You never know whats around the next bend. Came Upon this and came to a quick stop just to admire the colors i was seeing. Took out the trusty D90 and snapped away. Downloaded to Lightroom 4 and ran it through Efex a wonderful HDR program. Its just the way I seen it in person.
Great Blue Heron

Just Happened upon this Scene of a Heron perched on a rock as I crossed over Hoffman's Bridge, Califon, NJ. As i parked and took out the D90 walking on the bridge he took off. In an instant I shot about 6 times continue. This is the result. I couldn't ask for a better image to show you. love the reflection as it flew over the trees and disappeared.
So hope your September was filled with good cheer and good scenes. Its only going to get better as October approaches.
Thanks for the read and looking forward to write about a wonderful event I did of a one year old Indian Asian girl's birthday party. so until next time, be well and keep shooting. All my images are posted for purchase if anyone is interested on my Gallery Hosting Site Zenfolio. at GV Photograqphics Just follow the prompt by going to Galleries.

Graduation Time Is Near

Graduation time is near. A time for personal gratification after finishing school with pride of knowing all the hard work, friendships made, goals achieved, and to say good bye to a chapter in the beginning journey of one's life. As a photographer I enjoy capturing the moments with family and friends during Graduation Day as you reach for your diploma, shake the hand of your mentor with honor, self respect, and pride. As you celebrate the day, realizing all that hard work, passing grades and pressure off, you take your cap and through it in the air rejoicing of all accomplishments made. Let me be the one to capture those personal moments with family and friends. For more information contact me for pricing and packages.
